A four-month intensive leadership development fellowship for exceptional mid-career professionals from outside the U.S. Fellows engage with Yale faculty, students, and global leaders, enhancing leadership skills, professional networks, and global perspectives.
Eligibility
*5–25 years of professional experience
*Citizen of a country other than the United States (dual citizens eligible; preference for non-U.S.-focused work)
*Fluent in English
*Able to reside at Yale for the full duration of the program (August–December 2026)
*Demonstrated extraordinary achievements, leadership potential, and commitment to global impact
