The UNITAR Multilateral Diplomacy Traineeship 2025–2026 is a prestigious in-person training opportunity designed for students and recent graduates seeking practical experience within the United Nations system.
Hosted in Geneva, this traineeship allows participants to work within UNITAR’s Multilateral Diplomacy Programme, supporting the design and delivery of global training initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
• Must be a student or recent graduate (within 2 years)
• Background in International Relations, Political Science, Law, Business, or related fields
• Strong written and spoken English (French is an advantage)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools
