Eligibility Criteria
• Must hold a First-Class Honours degree or high 2:1 equivalent in Law or a related discipline
• Applicants normally expected to possess a Master’s degree in Law or a relevant field
• Candidates with substantial professional or research experience may also be considered
• Must submit a strong and well-developed PhD research proposal
• Research proposal should align with available supervision expertise at UCC School of Law
• Must satisfy UCC PhD admission requirements
• Open to both EU and International applicants
• Applicants should be prepared to commence studies in Autumn 2026
