Eligibility Criteria *To obtain an NSC pass in your Grade 12 year, you must have a minimum of 7 subjects, including: *Two (2) South African languages *Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (1) *Three (3) 20-credit subjects *Life Orientation (1) *Minimum Pass Requirements You must achieve at least: *40% for your Home Language 40% for two other subjects *30% for two additional subjects, one of which must be an official language at First Additional or Home Language level *20% in the final subject Note: Life Orientation will not be considered as part of your average.

The Stellenbosch University Postgraduate Scholarship Programme (PSP) 2026 offers fully funded scholarships for exceptional students pursuing Master’s and PhD degrees across diverse faculties, including Arts & Social Sciences, Engineering, Science, Law, and more.

Funding / Coverage

* Fully funded — covers tuition, living costs, and additional study-related expenses.
