The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation is accepting applications for its 2026–2027 Scholarship Programme for outstanding German and international students pursuing Master's and PhD degrees in Germany. The programme supports academically excellent students who demonstrate strong social, political, or community engagement and are committed to social justice, democracy, and equality. In addition to financial support, scholars benefit from seminars, networking events, mentoring, research opportunities, and professional development throughout their studies.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to international and German applicants
• Applying for or enrolled in a Master's or PhD programme at a recognized German university
• Excellent academic achievements
• Demonstrated social, political, or community engagement
• German language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
• Meet all scholarship and university admission requirements
