OECD Internship Programme – 2025/2026

Location: OECD Headquarters – Paris, France
(Some teams offer hybrid or remote arrangements)

 Eligibility Criteria
Who can apply:

• Enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD programme for the entire duration of the internship

• Academic background in economics, public policy, international relations, law, social sciences, statistics, IT, communications, public health, or related fields

• Strong English or French proficiency (knowledge of both is an advantage)

• Interest in international public policy and global cooperation

• Open to applicants from OECD and non-OECD countries (depending on the position)

The OECD Internship Programme offers highly motivated students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international policy and research. Interns work alongside experts on global challenges such as economic growth, education, health, climate change, digital transformation, governance, and social policy.

The programme is designed to support students’ academic and professional development through practical exposure to policy analysis, research, drafting reports, data analysis, and event coordination within an international organization.

Funding / Coverage
Paid Internship
Included:
• Monthly stipend (approx. €1,000 per month for Paris-based interns)
• Professional work experience at an international organization
• Exposure to OECD policy networks and experts
(Travel, accommodation, and visa costs are usually the intern’s responsibility)
