Eligibility:
*High school diploma with 90%+ overall grade
*Age 18–22
*Must pass a personal interview and Lusail University language test
*Must not have previously obtained a higher education certificate
*Must not be a resident of Qatar
Required Documents:
*Medical certificate proving fitness
*Police clearance certificate from home country
*Legal guardian authorization
*Certified birth certificate
*Valid passport
*High school diploma authenticated and equivalenced via Lusail University
