• Citizens of IsDB member countries or Muslim communities in non-member countries

• Students with strong academic records

• Applicants demonstrating financial need

• Applicants meeting age limits (varies by level):
– Undergraduate: usually under 24
– Master’s: usually under 30
– PhD: usually under 35
– Postdoctoral: usually under 40

• Must not be receiving another scholarship at the same time

• Medically fit and willing to return to home country after graduation

The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Scholarship Program is a prestigious, fully funded international scholarship aimed at empowering talented students from IsDB member countries and Muslim communities in non-member countries.

IsDB scholars are expected to return home after completing their studies and actively contribute to national development.

Funding / Coverage
Fully Funded Scholarship

The IsDB Scholarship typically covers:
• Full tuition fees
• Monthly living allowance (stipend)

• Books and clothing allowance
• Medical insurance and health costs
• Research support (for Master’s, PhD, and Postdoctoral levels)

Not covered: family dependents’ expenses (in most programs)
