The Gratitude Network Fellowship is a prestigious 13-month leadership development and organizational scaling program designed for nonprofit leaders driving impact for children and youth around the world.
Each year, only ~30 Fellows are selected from over 1,000+ global applicants.
The Fellowship strengthens both the leader and the organization, offering:
• Personalized executive coaching
• Strategic growth planning
• Leadership and team development
• Peer learning circles
• Access to a global network of social impact leaders
The program is ideal for organizations working in education, children’s rights, child health and wellbeing, or other youth-serving sectors. Fellows benefit from mentorship, curated resources, exposure to funders, and opportunities to scale their model sustainably.
Participants also join a lifelong global alumni network committed to advancing solutions for children and youth.
Eligibility Criteria
Who can apply:
• Founders, CEOs, Executive Directors, or senior leaders with strategic authority
• Leaders working full-time at a legally registered nonprofit or NGO
• Organizations serving children and youth in areas such as:
– education
– health & wellbeing
– children’s rights
– youth development
• Minimum of 2+ full-time staff (including the leader)
• Annual operating budget approx. $50,000 to $3,000,000
• Strong commitment to organizational growth and leadership development
• Ability to participate in English
• Global eligibility — applicants from any country may apply
