The Graduate Fellow – Government Reform Fellowship offered by the Data Foundation provides graduate students and recent graduates the opportunity to contribute to research and policy initiatives focused on improving government data practices and evidence-based policymaking.

The fellowship supports projects that advance government transparency, data accessibility, and public sector innovation. Fellows work closely with policy experts and researchers to analyze data-related challenges within government institutions and propose practical reforms.

Participants will gain hands-on experience in policy research, government data initiatives, and public sector modernization while engaging with policymakers, academics, and civic organizations.

Fellows contribute to policy briefs, research reports, events, and discussions that promote the effective use of data in decision-making across government agencies.
