The Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship (GOI-IES) is a prestigious, fully funded program designed to attract outstanding international students to pursue postgraduate studies in Ireland. The scholarship supports high-achieving students with strong academic records, leadership qualities, and global impact potential across all fields of study.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to non-EU/EEA, non-UK, and non-Swiss nationals
• Admission offer (conditional or final) from an eligible Irish institution
• Applicable to Master’s, Postgraduate Diploma, and PhD programs
• Strong academic performance & leadership potential required
• Previous GOI-IES recipients are not eligible
• Russian and Belarusian nationals not eligible (2026 cycle)
Funding / Scholarship Benefits
Fully Funded Scholarship includes:
• €10,000 stipend for one academic year
