The OPCW Scholarships 2026 support professionals from around the world to participate in the Asser–OPCW Training Programme on Disarmament and Non-Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction. This intensive five-day programme equips participants with practical knowledge of international security, arms control, WMD non-proliferation, and international law through expert lectures, interactive workshops, simulation exercises, and networking opportunities in The Hague, Netherlands.
Eligibility Criteria
• Early- to mid-career professionals
• Working in government, academia, NGOs, think tanks, research institutions, or international organizations
• Strong interest in disarmament and WMD non-proliferation
• Good command of English
• Applicants from developing countries and women are especially encouraged to apply
