Eligibility Criteria
• Citizen and resident of an eligible country
• Hold a Bachelor's degree
• At least three years of relevant work experience (country-specific)
• Demonstrate leadership potential and commitment to development
• Meet English language requirements if selected
• Apply for an approved Master's programme in Ireland
