ligibility Criteria

• Hold a Master's degree (or be close to completing one) in Sociology, Interdisciplinary Social Science, or a related field

• Strong interest in educational inequality and social stratification

• Knowledge of quantitative research methods and data analysis

• Excellent English communication and academic writing skills

• Experience working with large datasets is an advantage

• Reading knowledge of Dutch is preferred but not required
