Eligibility Criteria
Participants must:
• Be 16 years or older
• Be students, professionals, or social innovators in international relations, communication, diplomacy, or technology
• Demonstrate interest in digital diplomacy and global cooperation
• Have proficiency in English
• Be of any nationality
• No application fee required
Funding / Coverage
The forum offers:
• 10 fully funded delegate spots covering airfare, accommodation, meals, and full program access
• 20 partially funded spots covering accommodation and program access
• Self-funded participation options also available
