The Feminist Investigative Journalism Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded opportunity designed for aspiring and emerging journalists passionate about investigative reporting, gender justice, and data journalism.
The scholarship supports students pursuing the online MA Global Data Journalism programme at SOAS University of London. It aims to empower journalists from underrepresented communities, especially individuals from the Global South, by equipping them with advanced investigative, digital storytelling, and data journalism skills.
Recipients will gain access to world-class academic training, mentorship opportunities, and collaborative investigative journalism projects that focus on social justice and feminist reporting approaches. Eligibility Criteria
• Must meet SOAS University admission requirements
• Must apply and gain admission to the MA Global Data Journalism programme
• Minimum 2:2 UK undergraduate degree or international equivalent
• Strong interest in investigative journalism and gender justice
• Open to applicants worldwide
