Eligibility Criteria
• Must be an immigrant or child of immigrant parents
• Must be a graduating high school senior, GED recipient, or recent high school graduate within the last 3 years
• Must live in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC
• Must plan to enroll full-time in an accredited college or university
• Must demonstrate financial need
• Strong academic performance and leadership qualities encouraged
• Community involvement and extracurricular participation valued
