German Federal Foreign Office / CrossCulture Programme
Location: Germany (various host institutions across the country)
A fully funded exchange and professional development fellowship for young professionals and civil society activists from around the world. Fellows work with host organizations in Germany to gain professional experience, develop intercultural skills, and strengthen civil society networks.
Eligibility Criteria
*Open to applicants from over 40 partner countries
*Minimum age: 23 years
*Minimum 2 years of professional or volunteer experience in civil society, media, culture, governance, or related fields
*Strong English and/or German communication skills
*Demonstrated social engagement and leadership potential
*No IELTS/TOEFL required
Funding / Coverage
What’s Covered:
*Monthly stipend (~€650) for living expenses
*Accommodation during the fellowship
