– Master’s: under 35
– PhD: under 40
• Strong academic record and research potential
• Good physical and mental health
• Must NOT hold another scholarship during the same academic year
• Language requirements:
– Chinese-taught programs: HSK Level 5 or above
– English-taught programs: IELTS ≥ 6.0, TOEFL ≥ 80, or equivalent proof
• Required documents:
– Passport
– Degree certificates & transcripts (with notarized translations if needed)
– Research proposal / study plan
– CV
– Recommendation letters
– Language proficiency certificate
– Physical Examination Form

The Chinese Government Scholarship High-Level Graduate Students Program at Nanjing Agricultural University (NAU) offers fully funded Master’s and PhD opportunities for outstanding international students from around the world.

This program is designed for candidates passionate about agricultural sciences, intelligent agriculture (AI), crop sciences, animal sciences, environmental sustainability, food security, and related interdisciplinary fields that contribute to global agricultural development.

Students will work with high-level researchers at NAU—one of China’s top institutions for agricultural innovation. The program supports advanced scientific research, technological advancement, academic exchange, and the development of future global agricultural leaders.
