 Eligibility Criteria

• UK-domiciled students with Home fee status 

• Forced migrants currently living in the UK

• Must hold an offer for a Bartlett Master’s program at UCL

• Must not already hold a Master’s or PhD degree

• Must demonstrate financial need 

• Must meet at least one widening participation criterion, such as:

– Low-income household

– First-generation university student

– Minority ethnic background

– Care leaver or care responsibilities

– Other long-term educational or social disadvantages

The Bartlett Promise Master’s Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship designed to support talented students from under-represented and disadvantaged backgrounds to pursue a taught Master’s degree at The Bartlett, UCL. The program aims to remove financial barriers and promote diversity within built environment disciplines such as architecture, urban planning, construction, and sustainability.

Funding / Scholarship Benefits
Fully Funded Master’s Package includes:

• 100% tuition fee coverage

• Living & study allowance of approx. £17,000 per year

• Support for accommodation, food, transport & study costs

• Academic, wellbeing & professional development support
