The Flex is transforming renting by making it as seamless as buying on Amazon. Their Property Management System (PMS) simplifies bookings, operations, and property management for tenants and landlords globally.

Role Overview:
As a Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO, supporting all areas of the business—from operations and strategy to product, growth, and expansion. This is a founder-track role offering exposure to every function, critical projects, and hands-on experience in building a global startup.

Location: Remote; multiple countries including UK, Poland, Portugal, Germany, UAE, USA, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, South Africa, and more.

    Key Responsibilities:

    *Plan, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives.

    *Lead strategic projects in operations, tech, partnerships, growth.

    *Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business research.

    *Assist in hiring, onboarding, and team coordination.

    *Improve internal processes and ensure accountability.

    *Support expansion, investor materials, and partnerships.
    Requirements:

    *Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

    *Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    *Highly adaptable, able to wear multiple hats and switch contexts quickly.

    *Analytical, detail-oriented, with a strong grasp of business fundamentals.

    *Experience in startups, consulting, venture building, or real estate tech is a plus.

    *Relentless curiosity, high ownership, and bias for action.
