Sheraton Addis, a Luxury Collection Hotel

Engage and assist hotel guests to enhance their service experience across all lobby services (Front Desk, Restaurant & Bar, Business Center, Lounge, etc.). Handle guest requests such as transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and special needs, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure satisfaction. Provide local area knowledge, promote property amenities, and respond professionally to guest inquiries or issues.

Location: Sheraton Addis, Taitu Street, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

    Responsibilities:

    *Greet and assist guests following company standards

    *Respond to and resolve guest requests or problems

    *Share local area knowledge and promote amenities

    *Maintain safety standards and report accidents or unsafe conditions

    *Uphold company policies, professional appearance, and confidentiality

    *Support team collaboration and quality standards

    *Perform physical tasks like standing, walking, or moving light objects (≤10 lbs)

    *Carry out other reasonable duties as requested
    Preferred Qualifications:

    *High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

    *Minimum 1 year of related work experience

    *No supervisory experience required

    *No license or certification required
