Dreamport is a global platform that trains individuals to become freelance travel agents, providing tools, training, and continuous support.

Location
Remote – Ethiopia / anywhere in the world

    As a Freelance Travel Agent, you will respond to travel requests, advise clients, use booking and sales platforms, and build client relationships. This is a 100% remote, commission-based role where income depends on sales performance.
    Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications

    *Previous sales experience or proven commercial skills

    *Full-time availability for initial 2-week training (approx. 8 hours/day)

    *Results-oriented, proactive, and organized

    *Ability to work independently


    Responsibilities

    *Respond to flight and travel package requests

    *Advise clients to find optimal travel options

    *Use booking and sales platforms efficiently

    *Build and maintain long-term client relationships

    *Participate in ongoing training and development

    *Compensation

    *100% commission-based (no base salary)

    *Monthly commission payments in arrears

    *Typical earnings: up to $500/month initially; experienced agents may earn $1000–1500+ USD/month
