A recruitment partner is hiring on behalf of a technology company for a Human Resources Assistant position. The role is full-time and remote, open to candidates in the EMEA region.

    The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations. Responsibilities include recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and preparing HR documentation. The role also involves responding to HR-related inquiries and assisting with training and performance review activities.
    Eligibility Criteria

    *Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    *1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role

    *Good organizational skills and attention to detail

    *Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

    *Experience with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People) is an advantage

    *Ability to work independently in a remote environment

    *English language proficiency required
