    About the Role

    *Work on ML infrastructure and systems software at Amazon scale

    *Develop and optimize software for custom hardware and ML workloads

    *Collaborate with hardware teams to leverage chip architecture

    *Implement networking, runtime, and system-level software improvements

    *Build tools for profiling, monitoring, and debugging ML workloads

    *Contribute to open-source ML frameworks and infrastructure projects

    *Participate in code reviews and implement best practices
    Requirements

    *Bachelor’s or Master’s degree earned (or expected) between Dec 2022 – Sep 2025

    *Strong programming skills in C/C++ or Python

    *Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, computer architecture, operating systems, Linux/Unix

    *Internship or project experience in systems programming, networking, or ML

    *Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and software development methodologies
